As first time buyers, we weren't well informed about the local market or about the buying process. She taught us a lot in a very short period of time. We had long virtual and phone meetings to go over everything very carefully when meeting in person wasn't possible. She also accommodated all of our requests and worked very hard to deliver the best result even in short periods of time. She always went above and beyond to get us the best deal.

Also she is very knowledgeable about the area in Maryland where we bought. Once we got our offer accepted, she sent us recommendations for local service providers to help ease our transition. Even after closing, she has been following up to see how we are getting on with our renovation preparations. Valerie is always very willing to help to her clients. She is also very responsive, attentive and friendly...

Oh by the way, we found a wonderful house within the first two weeks of starting to work with her. It wouldn't have been possible without her. If anyone is looking for an agent that will become a part of their family to get them the best deal and always be there for them, that's Valerie. Don't even think twice!
