The first step I like to take with my buyer clients is a one-on-one conversation about their goals. The objective of this meeting is for me to fully understand your wants and needs and to help you reach them as efficiently as possible. I cover everything from financials to square footage. When this session is completed, I’ll have everything I need to help you find that property.


As tough as it is these days to get a mortgage, I know the best resources available in the Washington, DC area and will help you to contact mortgage professionals who have been very helpful to my past clients. With the various types of financing options available, my job is not to just help you find a property but to make sure you can obtain the best financing option to fit your needs so that you can truly enjoy your new home!

MLS Search Assistance

The MLS (Multiple Listing Service) is a tool to help listing brokers find cooperative brokers working with buyers to help sell their clients’ homes. After the conversation I will be able to create a customized MLS search that will allow me to locate your property with ease.

Price & Terms Negotiations

The negotiation is more complex than just getting the price right. It not only includes the purchase price but it also includes the appraisal, home inspection, and sometimes closing cost. Having a proven method to negotiating, I promise you will have explored all options prior to making a decision.
